We know you have great taste, but alas, so does everyone else which means it is difficult to keep all of our items in stock. If an item is not available for immediate delivery, you can still purchase your favourite Incy pieces on pre-order to ensure allocation from our next shipment. As our more popular pieces sell fast, please be aware that the pre order dates online may change but do not fear - this doesn’t mean your order has been delayed, it simply means the item is now selling out of the following shipment.

If for any reason there are delays expected, we will communicate this as best we can via the email address you provided at checkout. 

Over the last 12 years we have developed great relationships with out factories, freight forwarders, warehousing and logistics and as such we are well equipped to minimise subsequent delays and issues. For any reason if we do have a delay please know that we are committed to minimising the impact on our customers and we will work with you individually to find a solution. 

Once your order has reached us, it will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. As soon as your order is en route, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, but for your convenience, tracking details will also be sent via email.

The Incy team will be in contact with you throughout your journey to provide updates of arrival etc as best we can.

If you have ordered a Lucy, Maxwell, Albie, or Estelle Change Table please note these may take a little longer as we send these items with a furniture removalist to ensure these already assembled, and therefore more fragile pieces arrive to you safely. Rather than tracking, the company transporting your goods will get in touch to arrange a delivery time that is most convenient for you.
