At Incy, we not only sleep on our products, we stand by them too. We therefore proudly offer a 10 year warranty on all Incy products that have been purchased directly from the Incy website or a registered Incy wholesaler. We build our products to stand the test of time – both fundamentally and aesthetically, but in the off chance your Incy product acquires material or manufacturing defects over the 10 year period we will graciously replace the affected part/s or product.
Please note that our warranty does not cover items that are defected from general wear and tear, nor does it cover items that have been altered in any way.
